Hi there! I'm a true food lover who delights in bringing joy to others. My journey into the world of culinary arts began after I moved from São Paulo, Brazil, to California. Inspired by my surroundings, which contrasted so vividly with the fast-food culture, I embraced organic cooking and discovered a passion for baking.

Working in a cozy bakery shop in La Jolla was a turning point for me. Every day, I found myself eagerly waiting to go home and bake cookies for my friends—this passion eventually led me to pursue a culinary degree at The Art Institute of Los Angeles.

Now, I find myself constantly dreaming about cakes. I'm dedicated not just to making your cake look spectacular but also ensuring it tastes fantastic. I spend countless hours experimenting with flavors to keep my cakes light and my buttercream silky. My inspiration comes from the beauty of nature, particularly the ocean and sea life, as well as architecture and art. Creativity drives me, and my goal is to craft a unique cake that not only looks incredible but makes you feel truly special and captures the essence of who you are.

 

For me, a cake isn't just a dessert; it's a reminder of warmth and joy. It's a slice of lemon drizzle with a cup of tea on a chilly morning, or a nostalgic moment of waiting eagerly for my grandma to hand me the spoon to lick after baking her chocolate cake. Above all, cake symbolizes celebration—a way to bring friends and family together for special moments.
